Every change to a published page that affects what a reader would do is listed here. The log is permanent. Entries are never removed, and a correction is never applied silently.
To report an error, comment on the page or write to corrections@fixchecklist.com. A correction is applied only when a tier-1 source confirms it. Where the system cannot resolve a disagreement, the page is held and the disagreement is published.
A report that is credible and cannot yet be verified is neither lost nor applied. It is published in the errata register as an open question against the exact step it concerns, and it renders on the page itself. This log records what changed; the register records what was asked.
