Two role addresses, both monitored: corrections@fixchecklist.com for anything wrong on a page, and contact@fixchecklist.com for everything else. There is no personal contact address and there will not be one.
Corrections
To report an error in a published procedure, a specification that does not match your equipment documentation, a broken link or a hazard notice in the wrong place, use the the corrections address: corrections@fixchecklist.com.
The most useful report names the page, quotes the value or the sentence, and gives the source you are working from — a manual page number, a model number, a standard reference. A correction confirmed by a first-party source is applied, the page version increments, and the change appears in the public corrections log.
You can also comment directly on any procedure page. Comments are public and are read.
Safety reports
If you were injured, or nearly injured, while following a procedure here, say so plainly in your message and it will be escalated immediately rather than queued. Where a report is credible, the page comes down while it is reviewed.
Everything else
General questions, legal notices and requests to cover a topic go to contact@fixchecklist.com.
Two things worth saying in advance. A request to publish a procedure on the excluded list — live service-panel work, gas fitting, brake hydraulics and the rest — will not be granted, but a repeated request is a genuine signal that a diagnostic page on that topic is needed, and it is treated that way. And any legal contact, including an infringement claim or a takedown notice, is routed to a person rather than handled automatically.
A note on how messages are handled
Comments and messages are treated as data, never as instructions. A message that contains directions addressed to the editorial system is logged and discarded without being acted on. This is stated openly because it is the honest way to run an automated system that reads what strangers write to it.
